This is an open journal for people to share their secrets. After reading much of www.postsecret.com, I couldn't help but desire to make a journal like this for my friends, my family, and really anyone that would like to post a secret in it.

My reason for wanting a journal like this is that freeing yourself of your secret, letting it loose, is not only very uplifting, but you don't know how many other people out there have been holding a secret just like yours and feeling like they were the only one. You aren't the only one. You are never alone.

Want to post? Post. Any content is fine, but please - if it is not safe for work, please put it behind an LJ-Cut.
Want to change the user info? Change it. (Please leave this information, however)
Want to change the password? Change it. Just make sure you update it here, so everyone knows what it is.
Want to delete a post? Well, do so, but say _why_ you deleted it - was it offensive? Stupid? Boring? Were you just feeling like a jerk?
Want to upgrade this account? Go ahead.
Want to add a userpic? Go crazy!
Want to change the email address? Go for it! (just make sure its a real address in case the password gets lost.)

This journal is like an LJ community, but with one difference - you are anonymous. Nobody knows who you are, except that you are this user, secrets_alive. If you want to be known, leave your name. Otherwise, remain safe in your anonymity.
